Predefined Service Criteria
The trigger decides when the route moves
Before enrollment, we agree on the observable condition that starts service. Once that condition is met, dispatch is automatic and consistent for every qualifying event.

What a complete trigger defines
Accumulation threshold
The agreement names the snow-depth criterion and how long-duration storms or repeated accumulation are handled.
Ice response
If treatment is included, the agreement identifies the surfaces, products, and conditions that authorize an application.
Service window
The route sequence and operating window are defined without promising an unsafe or unrealistic exact arrival minute.
Access rules
Vehicles, gates, pets, and obstructions must be handled as agreed so the crew can complete the contracted scope safely.
04 / Field intelligence
Automatic means automatic
You do not need to approve each visit. We monitor conditions and act when the written trigger is met. That removes the delay and confusion of waiting for dozens of separate customer calls.
It also means the trigger is not optional from event to event. A per-occurrence agreement controls how the visit bills; it does not turn an enrolled route into on-demand service.

Choose the standard before the storm
Tell us the address and the outcome you need. We will recommend a trigger and billing model that the route can actually deliver.
FAQ / Straight answers
Straight answers
What is a predefined snow trigger?
It is the accumulation or ice condition written into your agreement that automatically authorizes service. It is set before the storm, not negotiated while snow is falling.
Does per-occurrence mean I call when I want service?
No. Per-occurrence describes billing under an ongoing route agreement. A visit is generated automatically whenever the contracted trigger is met.
Can the trigger be changed?
It can be reviewed for a future contract period or changed by a written amendment if route capacity supports the new standard. It cannot be toggled casually from one storm to the next.
