Where home routes are growing
We are checking route fit around Kirkwood, Webster Groves, Ladue, Frontenac, Des Peres, Brentwood, Maplewood, Fenton, Valley Park, Chesterfield. This does not mean every street is open. We limit each route so it can still work during a real storm.
A home just outside a current route may go on the expansion list. We would rather give a direct no than sell a route spot we cannot serve well.

We set a stored service rate before the home joins the route. Drive size and shape, walks, trigger, salt, equipment access, and snow space can all change the price.
Our current pricing guide shows the range and median from active home route records that have an explicit rate in SnowIS. A new address still needs its own route review and written quote.

Do you offer one-time home snow removal?
No. Home service is offered through an ongoing route set before the storm. We do not add one-time or same-day stops because they can make the route late for homes already on it.
Do I have to call when it snows?
No. We watch the weather and start service when the trigger in your plan is met. There is no need to book each storm.
Can I skip one storm?
No. Once enrolled, service follows the written trigger for each qualifying event. The route is staffed and timed around the homes that joined it.
How much does home snow removal cost in St. Louis?
Our active home route records with an explicit stored rate range from $69 to $299, with a $119 median as of September 1, 2026. Those numbers describe our current route book and are not a quote for a new address. Drive size, shape, walks, trigger, salt, access, snow space, and route fit all change the price.
