One clear standard for every property

01

A written service trigger

Your plan says what weather starts service, what areas we clear, where snow goes, and whether salt is included.

02

We watch the weather

We track the forecast, radar, temperature, and refreeze risk. Service does not depend on you seeing the storm first.

03

Proof after each visit

A completed visit stays tied to the location, time, photos, and site checklist. You can see what was done later.

04 / Field guide

St. Louis winters bring snow, ice, and refreeze

The biggest risk is not always deep snow. Wet pavement can freeze again after dark. A good plan covers plowing, ice-only events, and the next refreeze.

Business routes are built around opening times and busy areas. Home routes are built around nearby stops, safe access, and room to stack snow. Each route has its own clear plan.

FAQ / Straight answers

Snow and ice questions

Do you serve both businesses and homes?

Yes. Business plans can include parking lots, walks, loading areas, plowing, and salt. Home service is offered through recurring neighborhood routes. Home availability depends on the address, access, nearby stops, and open route space.

Do you offer one-time home snow removal?

No. Home service is for customers who join a recurring route before the storm. We do not add last-minute stops because that can make the route late for customers already on it.

When do you come out for snow or ice?

We follow the trigger written in your plan. Business clients often choose a 1-inch, 2-inch, or zero-tolerance plan. Home routes start service when their written trigger is met. Ice-only and refreeze service must be listed in the plan.

How do I know a visit was completed?

A completed visit stays tied to the property location, service time, photos, and checklist. The record gives you more than an invoice or a simple completion text.

What parts of St. Louis do you serve?

Business service covers the St. Louis metro and selected Metro East routes. Home service is limited to planned neighborhood routes. Send the address and we will give you a direct route answer.
