Privacy Policy

Millennial Planning Solutions L.L.C. d/b/a St. Louis Snow Removal operates this website. This policy describes what we collect and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what you send us to evaluate and quote your property, we use it to respond to you, and we do not sell it.

What we collect

Quote and route-fit requests. When you submit the form we collect the details you enter — name, company, phone, email, requested service, property address, approximate property size, and your message — along with the page you submitted from. We use this information to evaluate the property, check residential route fit where applicable, prepare a quote, and contact you about it. It is stored in our operations system and handled by the people preparing your response.

Source and abuse prevention. We may record campaign or referral details attached to the page you used. The quote form also creates a one-way technical fingerprint to limit spam and duplicate requests; the raw network address is not stored with the request.

Analytics. When analytics is enabled, we use PostHog to understand page views and site usage, such as pages visited, approximate region, and device type. We do not use this data to identify you personally and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Job applications. When you apply through our careers page, we collect your name, contact details, location, role and worker-type preferences, availability, experience, transportation, equipment information, and any optional resume you upload. We use it only to evaluate and contact you about recruiting, interviews, classification, and onboarding. Resumes are stored privately and made available to authorized recruiting staff through time-limited access links.

Text messages

If you separately choose the optional SMS checkbox on a quote form, we may send recurring quote, service, and account text messages to the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is not required to request a quote or purchase a service.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share quote-request details with anyone outside the company and the service providers that host our systems, which process it only on our behalf.

We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose mobile numbers or SMS opt-in information to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Retention and your choices
