Privacy Policy

St. Louis Snow Removal LLC operates this website. This policy describes what we collect and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what you send us to quote your property, we use it to respond to you, and we do not sell it.

What we collect

Quote requests. When you submit the quote form we collect the details you enter — name, company, phone, email, property address, approximate lot size, requested service, and your message — along with the page you submitted from. We use this information to evaluate the property, prepare a quote, and contact you about it. It is stored in our operations system and handled by the people preparing your quote.

Source and abuse prevention. We may record campaign or referral details attached to the page you used. The quote form also creates a one-way technical fingerprint to limit spam and duplicate requests; the raw network address is not stored with the request.

Analytics. When analytics is enabled, we use PostHog to understand page views and site usage (pages visited, approximate region, device type). We do not use this data to identify you personally and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share quote-request details with anyone outside the company and the service providers that host our systems (website hosting, database, and analytics infrastructure), which process it only on our behalf.

Retention and your choices

Quote requests are retained as business records. If you want your contact information corrected or deleted, email stlouissnowremoval@gmail.com or call (314) 501-SNOW and we will handle it.
