For independent businesses that can provide an insured plow truck, spreader, skid steer, loader, or sidewalk equipment—with an operator and the ability to mobilize.
No machine required
For operators, route leads, salt operators, and sidewalk crew who want to join our payroll team. Relevant experience helps, but equipment ownership is not required.
Not sure? If you do not own or control commercial snow equipment through your own business, use the W-2 application. Submitting either form does not create an employment or contractor relationship; an owner reviews every classification and engagement decision.
